Hydrosols, or herbal waters, are produced by steam distilling medicinal plant material through an alembic potstill. The hydrosol is what remains after the essential oil has been tapped off.

Spritz or dab on cotton wool as a replacement for facial toner in your skincare regimen, or to clean up infections - strong antibacterial properties. They can also be used as room sprays or linen sprays.
